“Dry” training: use only of the flight simulator (company provides their own instructors)

For instructors with previous experience on other types of aircraft to be qualified as instructor on A320

ELT Long: (MCC + Jet Familiarisation) For trainees with no previous experience
on jets or modern aircraft and multicrew aircrafts.
ELT Short: (Jet Familiarisation) For trainees with no experience on jet aircrafts
