ATCT gives top priority to the careful selection of training instructors.
Our highly qualified teaching staff includes top-rank captains who have flown more than 18,000 hours total flight experience on JET aircraft with Tunisair or Nouvelair( of wich 5000hrs on A320)..

On average, our instructors have taught over 3,500 hours on airplane and simulator instruction experience
including 1,500 hours exclusively on the A-320.

ATCT counts TRI(Type Rating Instructor) who have successfully completed JAR training with Airbus and SFI
(Synthetic Flight Instructor).

Some of our instructors are TRI Restricted according the JAR-FCL1 requirement (they followed successfuly
the Airbus type rating instructor initial course at Toulouse training center).

Head of Training Captain Seddik Haj Slimane - Head of Training at ATCT - Tunisair captain with a total experience of 20,000 flying hours (on Airbus A 319-320, A 300-600 and Boeing B727).
Deputy C.E.O Ms. Thouraya Labidi - CFO at Air Liberté, then Tuninter - M.B.A University of Minnesota		F.C.T.M Captain Akram Sellami   - Flight Crew training Manager at ATCT - Tunisair Captain with a total experience of 12,000 flying hours (on Airbus A 319-320).
